I empower people to live their truth through the practice of yoga and meditation.Yoga can heal and transform lives. So many benefits happen when you step off your mat and take your mindfulness into your life.

I’m an experienced space holder and your safety and sense of ease is my top priority. My classes are informed by your body, your mind and your life experiences. I guide you to feel your best from the inside-out. I work with somatic movement, meditation, breathwork, sound, embodied flow, yin yoga and the meridians (energy channels) to release physical, energetic and spiritual blockages you are experiencing.

My personal philosophy is Do yoga, Be yoga- meaning I believe people should not only practice yoga but become more yogic in life;  by taking the lessons in yoga beyond the mat into the everyday. I believe that through the practice of yoga it’s possible to live a more peaceful, productive and ethical life . My teaching style is often playful and I believe that yoga should ultimately be an enjoyable experience.

I tailor my private classes to the student. If you are looking to improve your health and fitness I will create dynamic, movement classes for you. If you are looking for a deep sense of relaxation then I will create a delicious yin yoga class in which you’ll feel your worries melt away.

Yoga is a Journey…

I first discovered the joy of yoga 20 years ago whilst conveniently living opposite a yoga studio. As a dancer I was seeking something that focused on mindfulness rather than competition. Since then my journey with yoga has been a love affair of moving from living in my mind to becoming more embodied and living in the present moment through movement and breath work.

I have over 800 hours of Yoga Teacher Training & 11 Years Experience Teaching.

  • In December 2013 I qualified as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Certified) with Yoga London.  200 Hours.

  • In August 2014 I qualified as a Pre & Post Natal Yoga teacher with appleyoga (Yoga Alliance Certified). 80 Hours.

  • In June 2019 I completed an advanced teacher training called Depth with Satu Yoga (Yoga Alliance Certified). This training covers Yin and Yang yoga and elements of Chinese medicine. 100 Hours.

  • In July 2020 I completed a Yin & Functional Yoga teacher training with Yagoy Amsterdam (Yoga Alliance Certified.) with Shari Iskander & Jonas James Nathan. 200 Hours.

  • In January 2021 I completed the Women’s Circle Training with Anoushka Florence.

  • In March 2021 I completed a Mindfulness-Meditation training with renowned teacher Cyndi Lee.

  • In November 2022 I completed a Yoga Nidra training with The Shala London (Yoga Alliance Certified) 60 Hours.

  • In February 2023 I completed an advanced teacher training called AWAKE with Authentic Flow Tribe (Yoga Alliance Certified). This training incorporated somatics, embodied flow, yin, non-dual tantra and healing with sound. 100 hours

  • May 2023 Prana & Pranayama training (Kundalini Yoga) with Kia Miller . 60 Hours
