I also used to feel that way. ‘Busy’ was my state of being and I distracted myself with endless tasks to drown out my inner voice, until one day I stopped and listened to my body and the message I heard was clear: SLOW DOWN.

And I did. I embarked on my healing journey, one that I remain on to this day. I explored yoga, meditation, spending time in nature and the power of healing herbs & food and successfully began to embrace a slower way of being and began to live from my heart.

I created this Nourishing Health Path as the Self-Care plan I needed but couldn’t find. I respect that each human experience is unique and needs a tailored approach to find optimum health and balance.

I have over 800 hours of Yoga Teacher Training & I’m qualified to teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pre & Post natal, Yoga Nidra & Meditation. I use breathwork and deep meditative states to help you access your parasympathetic nervous system & begin to thrive rather than survive.

I’ve been immersed in the art of healing herbs & nature for the past few years. I studied Medical Herbalism for 2 years at Heartwood (UK) and folk herbalism with Rosemary Gladstar and Maureen Robertson. In addition, I’ve explored Astro-Herbalism with Sarah Corbett and Self-Sufficient Herbalism with Lucy Jones.

I’m plant-based & truly believe in the power of plants to support and heal women. I’m an advocate of slow-living and incorporating organic, locally-grown food into your diet. I work with Permaculture principles in my own garden and guide others to do the same. (Permaculture Design Certified, 2021)

I’m currently training to become a Clinical Nutritional Therapist (CNM) and help you to incorporate seasonal wild food and nutrients into your diet.

I weave the ancient teachings of Yoga with elements of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Herbal Medicine and Mindfulness to create a unique formula that works for your body type and lifestyle. We all have different constitutions and in turn need a personalised plan to help achieve balance in body, mind and spirit.

I know that the world of herbs can be overwhelming at first and I’m here to help guide you to the herbs that can best support you during this period of your life.

Through a combination of healing herbs, yoga and meditation I re-set your internal space so it becomes lighter and you can embrace life from a more peaceful place.

   

How does it work?

I offer 1-to-1 health guidance to women who are ready to embrace a slower, seasonal & mindful life. I guide women to live from their heart & create meaningful & fulfilling lives. These consultations and classes can either be held via Zoom or in Person in Brighton.

Step 1. The Initial Consultation.

I offer a free 15 minute consultation call (via zoom) & from there we can decide together if I am the right guide for your journey. If we do decide to work together I will provide an initial plan outlining what you may need.

Step 2. Choosing & Co-creating The Right Path For You.

During a 1 hour consultation we decide on a path that fits your unique body and spirit. I offer yin & yang yoga classes depending on what you need that week & I create specialised organic herbal blends that I send out monthly, formulated specifically for your needs.

Step 3. Planning Your Movement, Meditation & Plant Medicine Path.

I create your monthly plan towards a balanced life. Your plan includes weekly yoga classes for your constitution as well as unique herbal blends suited to your constitutional type.

I send out your herbal blends and once you receive them we will begin to move together with the support of the herbs. We work together to help you find balance in your life, if you live a very yang lifestyle I will help you nourish your yin. If you feel stuck in a sluggish lifestyle I help you embrace your inner yang.

Step 4. Your Commitment.

Whether you choose to work with me for a month or a year we will meet weekly to move together on the mat. We will also have a regular health consultations. We will discuss how you are feeling after your yoga classes and your experience of taking the herbal blends that are custom made for you. We can adapt and change your plan at any time so it seamlessly blends into your life.
